This Valentine’s season, Une Nuit à Paris brings the elegance of a Parisian evening to Café Claire, Oriental Residence Bangkok. Enjoy a refined four-course dinner designed for two, beginning with smoked trout with lemon condiment, cucumber, ginger and caviar, followed by beetroot soup with smoked cream cheese and warm brioche.
Choose your main course from seared salmon with homemade ratatouille and basil pesto, crispy duck leg with gratin potato and asparagus, or truffle risotto with sautéed wild mushrooms and parmesan crisps. The evening ends with a delicate raspberry dessert layered with almond dacquoise, fresh strawberries and rose petals.
